Solicitation of Accounts. Prior to the Closing, Seller will not knowingly solicit Deposits or other financial products from persons who have any account or accounts with the Branch Office; provided, however, that the foregoing provision shall not limit the right of Seller to advertise for banking business from the public generally or at other offices of Seller.
