Solicitation Overview. The current STC for motor vehicles has an estimated average annual spending volume of approximately $25 million dollars for State Agencies. Estimated spending volume is for informational purposes only and must not be construed as representing actual, guaranteed, or minimum purposes under any new contract. Customers include State Agencies and other Eligible Users. See section 2.8 for information regarding Basis of Award. Definitions contained in section 287.012, Florida Statutes, Rule 60A-1.001, Florida Administrative Code, Form PUR 1000 and Form PUR 1001 are incorporated by reference, and apply to this solicitation. These definitions apply in both their singular and plural sense.
