System Maintenance obligations shall commence upon Go-Live and shall continue through the term of this Agreement.

Solution Components. 5.3.1 For the duration of the Term the Supplier shall support the UK’s policy objectives by maintaining a set of sustainable Solution Components within the Reference Supplier Solution that are: (a) currently capable of deployment in a Local Body geographic area; (b) capable of providing affordable Superfast Broadband (but targeting Access Line Speeds over 30Mbps) for at least 90% of premises in a Local Body geographic area; (c) capable of providing affordable Basic Broadband considerably greater than 2Mbps (i.e. targeting Access Line Speeds in the 10- 24Mbps range) for close to 100% of premises in a Local Body geographic area; (d) capable of providing affordable broadband (of a minimum Access Line Speed of 2Mbps download and 0.5Mbps upload) for 100% of premises in a Local Body's geographic area with no more than two per cent (2%) of premises in a Local Body geographic area being provided with satellite only services; and (e) capable of delivering community solutions for identified communities in a Local Body geographic area. 5.3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, whilst the Supplier shall support the objectives set out in Clause 5.3.1 in the manner described above, the Supplier shall not be required to deliver Deployed Services outside of the relevant Coverage Area under any Call Off Contract.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Solution The Supplier’s contractually committed technical approach for solving an information technology business objective and associated Requirements as defined and authorized by the scope of the Contract or any order or Statement of Work issued under the Contract. Solution means all Supplier and Supplier’s third-party providers’ components making up the Solution, including but not limited to Software, Product, configuration design, implementation, Supplier-developed interfaces, Services and Work Product.
