Trash must be dis- posed of at least weekly in appropriate receptacles in accor- dance with local ordinances. Passageways may be used only for entry or exit. You will use balconies with care and will not overload them. Any swimming pools, saunas, spas, tan- ning beds, exercise rooms, storerooms, laundry rooms, and similar areas must be used with care and in accordance with apartment rules and posted signs.
