Common use of Source Inspection Clause in Contracts

Source Inspection. Except as otherwise expressly stated herein Buyer shall have no right to enter Seller’s premises to conduct source or other inspections. If Seller permits any such inspection, all agents of Buyer entering Seller’s premises shall be subject to Seller’s usual security requirements, including without limitation the execution and delivery of appropriate nondisclosure agreements.
