Source of Compensation. When checked below, the following provisions also apply:
Source of Compensation. Other than any equity awards that may be provided to Executive by one or more of the Companies, all compensation paid to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by Employer.
Source of Compensation. MetLife covenants, represents and warrants that all sales compensation payable to Selling Entities under this Agreement will be paid from the general assets of MetLife, however derived, and not assessed as a separately identifiable charge to Contract owners except to the extent disclosed in the applicable prospectus.

Source of Compensation. Consultant is authorized, but not required to, negotiate for a seller-paid fee, the payment of which could satisfy a portion or all of Client’s fee obligation under this Agreement. However, Client shall ultimately be responsible for the total fee to be paid to the consultant. Client acknowledges that a seller’s representative may agree to share fees to be received from a property owner. Client hereby consents to and encourages consultant to enter into such a fee sharing agreement with a seller representative, provided that any fee sharing agreement shall reduce the total fee due from Client to Consultant under this Agreement.
Source of Compensation. Every loan locked with MSC after the Effective Date must reflect the appropriate broker chosen compensation plan. Brokers will have the following choices for loans locked: 1. Borrower-Paid Compensation; or
Source of Compensation. For every loan transaction submitted to LoanStream, the Broker must choose the source of Broker Compensation prior to loan submission: a. Borrower Paid Compensation or; b. Lender Paid Compensation.
Source of Compensation. Broker will seek to obtain payment of the compensation specified in Paragraph 11A(1) first from the seller, landlord, or their agents. If such persons refuse or fail to pay Broker the amount specified, Client will pay Broker the amount specified less any amounts Broker receives from such persons.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Basis of Compensation The Owner shall compensate the Architect/Engineer for the services provided in accordance with Article 7. Payments to the Architect/Engineer shall be as follows:

  • Rate of Compensation In lieu of direct compensation for all overtime, shift work and standby (as defined in Articles 16, 17 and 18 of this Agreement), regular full-time employees shall receive a special compensation of 7% of their basic salary earned for each calendar year. This special compensation shall not be considered part of the employee's basic salary for the purpose of calculating any benefits or other premium entitlements.

  • Form of Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.

  • Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year. If reports and/or corrections to the working papers are overdue by 30 days or more, the District may reduce, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed twenty percent of the total contract price for the Rev. 10/20 applicable fiscal year.
