Common use of Source of Distributions Clause in Contracts

Source of Distributions. Distributions pursuant to Sections 4.1(a) and 4.1(b) shall be made: (x) first, from cash attributable to income received in respect of the Demand Notes, (y) second, from cash attributable to income received in respect of the Contributed Notes and (z) last from any other sources not described in clauses (x) or (y) (including, for the avoidance of doubt, cash attributable to income in respect of the Fiber Assets).
