Source of Materials. Licensee shall not obtain or use copies of Included Programs or related materials for distribution thereof in a Territory from any source other than Licensor or by any method other than set forth in this Agreement (e.g., to the extent Licensee acquires copies of an Included Program from another licensor for distribution in a country outside a Territory, such copies shall not be used in a Territory hereunder).
