Source of Shares. Upon the exercise of an Option the Company shall deliver to the Participant authorized but previously unissued Common Stock or Common Stock that is held by the Company in treasury; provided, however, any Award may be settled in cash at the discretion of the Committee as provided in Paragraphs 6.3.3 and 7.3.
