Common use of Sources and Uses Clause in Contracts

Sources and Uses. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received a sources and uses of the Loans reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders, which shall include, among other things, itemized fees and expenses incurred with respect to the Loan Documents, inclusive of those payable by the Loan Parties.
