Common use of Sources and Uses Clause in Contracts

Sources and Uses. The sources and uses of funds for the contemplated transaction are as described on Schedule 2.9 attached hereto. Borrowers shall deliver such information and documentation as Agent shall request to verify that the sources and uses are as indicated on Schedule 2.9. A reduction in the amounts necessary for any of the uses may, at Agent's or MLC's election, result in an equal reduction in the amount of the Loan.
