Common use of Sources and Uses Clause in Contracts

Sources and Uses. The Recipient has received, or will receive, funds for the purpose of developing the Infrastructure Project and Housing Development in the amounts and the sources identified in the Sources and Uses of Funds attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C. All funds shall be used and secured in the manner specified in Exhibit C. Recipient agrees to comply with and satisfy all the terms and conditions imposed on the Recipient in connection with the sources of funding identified in the Sources and Uses of Funds.
