Common use of Sourcing Fees Clause in Contracts

Sourcing Fees. With respect to equity investments, the Company will pay up to 3.0% of the total purchase price of any property in which the Company makes an equity investment. All such sourcing fees will be paid to the Sponsor or the Manager at the Manager’s discretion.

Sourcing Fees. With respect to equity investments, the Company will pay up to 3.03.50% of the total purchase price of any property in which the Company makes an equity investment. With respect to debt investments in residential real estate loans, the borrower will pay up to 2.0% of the amount funded by the Company, the Sponsor or affiliates of the Sponsor to acquire or originate such residential real estate loans. All such sourcing fees will be paid to the Sponsor or the Manager at the Manager’s discretionSponsor.

With respect to debt investments in residential real estate loans, the Company will pay a monthly sourcing fee of 0.10% of the unpaid principal balance of gross loan assets either held directly, pro rata inside a credit pool, or joint venture.
