Common use of Space Reclamation Clause in Contracts

In the event of space exhaust within a Remote Site Location, BellSouth may include in its documentation for the Petition for Waiver filing any vacant space in the Remote Site Location. KMC Telecom will be responsible for any justification of vacant space within its Remote Collocation Space, if such justification is required by the appropriate state commission.
