Space Reclamation. In the event of space exhaust within a central office premises, and applicable only to those physical collocation arrangements applied for subsequent to the execution of this Agreement, ITC/\DeltaCom may be required to release space to BellSouth to be allocated to other physical collocation applicants when a minimum of 50% percent of the total amount of space in ITC/\DeltaCom's collocation arrangement is not being reasonably utilized within the first year of operation, or 100% of the total amount of space by the end of the second year of operation. release space to BellSouth to be allocated to other physical collocation applicants when a minimum of fifty percent of the total amount of space in ITC/\DeltaCom's collocation arrangement is not being utilized within the first year of operation, or 100% of the total amount of space by the end of the second year of operation. ITC/\DeltaCom will first have the option of subleasing any amount of space not being utilized pursuant to this subsection in lieu of releasing space to BellSouth.

ITC/\DeltaCom shall release space to BellSouth to be allocated to other physical collocation applicants when a minimum of fifty percent of the total amount of space in ITC/\DeltaCom's collocation arrangement is not being utilized within the first year of operation, or 100% of the total amount of space by the end of the second year of operation. For those physical collocation arrangements existing or applied for prior to the execution of this Agreement, ITC/\DeltaCom may be required to release space to BellSouth to be allocated to other physical collocation applicants when 100% of the total amount of space in the collocation arrangement is not reasonably utilized by the end of the second year of operation. ITC/\DeltaCom will first have the option of subleasing any amount of space not being utilized pursuant to this subsection in lieu of releasing space to BellSouth.
