Common use of SPACECRAFT STORAGE Clause in Contracts

SPACECRAFT STORAGE. Inmarsat may, at its option, require the Contractor to store one of more spacecraft beyond the contractual delivery date. Storage for an initial period of **** shall be provided by the Contractor ****, as required in Section 3.8 of this SOW. Storage longer than **** and up to a maximum of five years shall be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the short and long term storage requirements described in Section 6 of Annex J to the Contract, entitled Overall Test Plan.
