Spacing, Production, Etc. The Lessor may determine the spacing of ▇▇▇▇▇ and the rate of development and production of such ▇▇▇▇▇ to prevent the waste of geothermal resources and to promote the maximum economic recovery from, and the conservation of reservoir energy in, each zone or separate underground source of geothermal resources. Such determination shall be based on recognized engineering standards and shall be consistent with prevailing economic and market conditions.
