Span of Control Clause Samples

Span of Control. Information systems and telecommunications capabilities that the Health Plan itself operates or for which it is otherwise legally responsible according to the terms and Conditions of this Contract. Span of Control. In the event that Customer and IGLOO identify an incident that is determined to be caused by third-party software, IGLOO will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide workarounds to such issues that enable the Hosted Service to function properly and reduce reoccurrences of the issue. Staging: Staging areas are established for check in and temporary location of available resources.
