Span of Day Sample Clauses

The "Span of Day" clause defines the specific period that constitutes a single day for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether a day is measured by calendar days, business days, or a set number of hours, and may specify the exact start and end times (such as midnight to midnight or 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following day). By establishing a clear definition of what counts as a day, this clause ensures consistency in interpreting deadlines, performance periods, and other time-sensitive obligations, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
