Common use of Span of Hours Clause in Contracts

Span of Hours. The ordinary hours of work for a Day Worker will be worked between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Sunday. A Shiftworker is an Employee who works shifts in accordance with clause 21 of this Agreement.

Span of Hours. (a) The ordinary hours of work for a Day Worker an Employee will be worked between 6.00 am and 8.00 6.00 pm Monday to Sunday. Friday. (b) A Shiftworker shiftworker is an Employee who works shifts is regularly rostered to work their ordinary hours of work outside the ordinary hours of work of an Employee as defined in accordance with sub clause 21 of this Agreement(a).

Friday. 6.2.2 A Shiftworker shift worker is an Employee employee who works shifts is regularly rostered to work their ordinary hours of work outside the ordinary hours of work of a day worker as defined in accordance with clause 21 6.2.1. 6.2.3 Any hours worked by a day worker outside the span of hours stated in Clause 6.2.1 will be paid at the appropriate overtime rates provided at Clause 6.7.1 of this Agreement.

Span of Hours. 33.1 The ordinary hours of work for a Day Worker will be worked between 6.00 am 6.00am and 8.00 pm 6.00pm Monday to Sunday. Friday. 33.2 A Shiftworker Shift Worker (as defined at clause 2 – Definitions) is an Employee who is regularly rostered to work outside the 6:00am to 6:00pm span of hours; and works shifts ordinary hours on 5 or more weekends in accordance with clause 21 of this Agreementthe last 12 months.
