Special Application Clause Samples

This clause may outline exceptions, modifications, or additional requirements that pertain only to particular situations, such as unique projects, jurisdictions, or types of transactions. By clearly delineating these special cases, the clause ensures that both parties understand when and how deviations from the standard terms will occur, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring the contract remains adaptable to varied scenarios.
