Common use of SPECIAL CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL CONDITIONS. SECTION 1. Both parties recognize that there may be extenuating circumstances when it is to the mutual interest of both parties to modify the terms of this Agreement. In that event, it will not be a violation of this Agreement for the parties to meet and mutually agree to make such modifications to meet a specific need on a specific project. SECTION 2. In order to maximize the effect of this provision, all crafts will be requested to act uniformly. The General Contractor shall encourage his subcontractors to comply with any modifications granted under this provision.
