Special Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments. The Special Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments shall terminate upon the earlier of (A) the making of the Special Delayed Draw Term Loan on the applicable Funding Date and (B) the Special Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment Termination Date.
