Special Exclusion Sample Clauses

A Special Exclusion clause specifically identifies certain risks, events, or liabilities that are not covered under the terms of an agreement or policy. In practice, this clause lists particular situations—such as damages from natural disasters, pre-existing conditions, or specific types of losses—that the parties agree will not be subject to the contract’s protections or obligations. Its core function is to clearly delineate the boundaries of coverage or responsibility, thereby preventing disputes over what is and is not included and allocating risk appropriately between the parties.
