Special Handling Clause Samples
The Special Handling clause outlines specific procedures or requirements for managing certain items, materials, or information that require treatment different from standard processes. This may include instructions for the storage, transportation, or disposal of hazardous materials, sensitive documents, or fragile goods, often mandating additional precautions or compliance with regulatory standards. Its core practical function is to ensure that unique or high-risk items are managed safely and in accordance with legal or contractual obligations, thereby minimizing potential harm, liability, or non-compliance.
