Some of the services and activities that you may perform through the Mobile Service may be limited to certain types of customers and accounts, as well as to the extent noted below and in the agreements governing your various Activated Accounts with us. Your ability to transfer funds from savings, money market deposit accounts and line of credit accounts using the Mobile Service are subject to the limitations described in the applicable Account agreements. You should refer to these agreements for restrictions and service charges.
