Special Notices to the Rating Agencies. (a) The Depositor shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has notice: (i) any amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Section 11.03; (ii) any Assignment by the Master Servicer of its rights hereunder or delegation of its duties hereunder; (iii) the occurrence of any Event of Default described in Section 6.14; (iv) any notice of termination given to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.14 and any resignation of the Master Servicer hereunder; (v) the appointment of any successor to any Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.14; and (vi) the making of a final payment pursuant to Section 7.02.
