Special Operations. Towing/recovery procedures requiring unique equipment and/or Class B, C, or D tow trucks. Examples of unique equipment include, but are not limited to, forklifts, low-beds, air bags, special dollies and trailers, fuel pump-off systems, helicopters, etc.
