The SPECIAL PACKAGING clause sets out specific requirements for how goods must be packaged before delivery. It may require the use of certain materials, methods, or labeling to ensure products are protected during transit or meet regulatory standards. This clause helps prevent damage, ensures compliance with industry or legal requirements, and clarifies packaging expectations between the parties.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. Items shall be packaged and cartoned so as to protect the contents from damage during shipment, handling and storage. Shipping container shall have a label with the following information: Name of Receiving Agency Agency Purchase Order Number Name of Supplier Item Description of Contents Manufacturer Name Model Name and Number
SPECIAL PACKAGING. Application equipment, applicators, hand tools and any associated replacement parts are excluded from general customer specifications for packaging and labeling. Other customer requests for special packaging will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. In case that special packaging will be used the responsibility for procurement and cost allocation will be agreed between the supplier and ▇▇▇▇▇ purchasing for the particular case. Based on this agreement the quantity and costs for packaging are agreed and fixed between the supplier and ▇▇▇▇▇ logistics planning.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. Products suitable for frozen storage shall not be provided with less than twelve (12) months shelf life remaining. Products only suitable for refrigerated storage shall not be provided with less than six (6) months shelf life remaining. Supplier shall ship Products in a secure way to ensure the integrity of the Products and minimise risk to Abcam’s staff. Such special packaging and handling will be added to the invoice to Abcam.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. Unless otherwise specified in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ quotation, prices do not include the cost for export or special packaging of product(s). If such packaging is desired, Buyer is responsible for payment for any extra costs as identified by the Seller.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. LTC Pharmacy must have the capacity to provide specific drugs in Unit of Use Packaging, Bingo Cards, Cassettes, Unit Dose or other special packaging commonly required by LTC facilities. LTC Pharmacy must have access to, or arrangements with, a vendor to furnish supplies and equipment including but not limited to labels, auxiliary labels, and packing machines for furnishing drugs in such special packaging required by the LTC setting.
SPECIAL PACKAGING. Special packaging must be clearly and unam- biguously marked for identification and bear the imprint “Property of [name of supplier]” in order to ensure that it is reliably returned. The use of special packaging must be consulted upon and agreed with the materials requirements plan- ning personnel before the delivery in question is to take place. Special packaging used in deliveries without such marking and without prior consultation and agreement will be disposed of, and the Supplier will have no entitlement to compensation in such instances.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Special Products PURCHASER shall not sell special products from the timber sale area, or allow firewood, shake, or post cutting, or any other special product manufacturing on the timber sale area without prior written approval of STATE.   • Special Needs Any Passenger with mobility, communication or other impairments, or other special or medical needs that may require medical care or special accommodations during the cruise or CruiseTour, including but not limited to the use of any service animal, must notify the Carrier of any such condition at the time of booking. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to accept responsibility and reimburse Carrier for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever related to the presence of any service animal brought on board the Vessel or Transport. Passengers acknowledge and understand that certain international safety requirements, shipbuilding standards, and/or applicable regulations involving design, construction or operation of the Vessel may restrict access to facilities or activities for persons with mobility, communication or other impairments or special needs. Passengers requiring the use of a wheelchair must provide their own wheelchair (that must be of a size and type that can be accommodated on the Vessel) as wheelchairs carried on board are for emergency use only.

  • Borrower Products Except as described on Schedule 5.11, no Intellectual Property owned by Borrower or Borrower Product has been or is subject to any actual or, to the knowledge of Borrower, threatened litigation, proceeding (including any proceeding in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any corresponding foreign office or agency) or outstanding decree, order, judgment, settlement agreement or stipulation that restricts in any manner Borrower’s use, transfer or licensing thereof or that may affect the validity, use or enforceability thereof. There is no decree, order, judgment, agreement, stipulation, arbitral award or other provision entered into in connection with any litigation or proceeding that obligates Borrower to grant licenses or ownership interest in any future Intellectual Property related to the operation or conduct of the business of Borrower or Borrower Products. Borrower has not received any written notice or claim, or, to the knowledge of Borrower, oral notice or claim, challenging or questioning Borrower’s ownership in any Intellectual Property (or written notice of any claim challenging or questioning the ownership in any licensed Intellectual Property of the owner thereof) or suggesting that any third party has any claim of legal or beneficial ownership with respect thereto nor, to Borrower’s knowledge, is there a reasonable basis for any such claim. Neither Borrower’s use of its Intellectual Property nor the production and sale of Borrower Products infringes the Intellectual Property or other rights of others.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
