Additional Services will be considered by request and billed separately: -Waxing -Shampooing of rugs and carpets -Additional Cleaning of areas or additional cleaning services not quoted in the Master Agreement’s Schedule, Building Areas and Janitorial Standards, and/or “Scope of Work” per agency.
