Special Unit Pay. 26 1. Employees assigned by the Chief of Police to any of the following special units shall receive 27 an amount in addition to base salary equivalent to $350 per annum: the Bomb Squad Unit, the 1 Underwater Investigation Unit, Arson Investigators, Honor Guard, and Tactical Enforcement 2 Unit. An employee may not receive more than $350 per annum regardless of the number of 3 special units he/she may belong to at any one given time. 4 2. Payments made under the provisions of this Article shall be paid after December 31 of the 5 year in which they were earned.
