Common use of Specialized Certificate Stipends Clause in Contracts

Specialized Certificate Stipends. Employees who obtain a Specialized Instruction Certificate and are designated by the Agency will receive a $1,000 stipend per year for a full-time 12-month employee (pro-rated for less than 12-month employees). To qualify for the stipend, unit members must have a valid certificate from: the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED, CPI, or Special Needs De-escalation.
