SPECIALIZED CONSULTANTS. Extra Work Nothing in this contract shall be interpreted to mean that the County shall be barred from engaging consultants for the purpose of accomplishing specialized engineering work or for extra work, which is beyond the capacity of the regularly employed staff to perform. However, the County agrees to make every effort to utilize seasonal employees prior to engaging specialized consultants.
