Common use of SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Clause in Contracts

SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES. Where there is a difficulty with recruitment or retention for a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the Local Parties may agree to apply a temporary skills shortage allowance to that job class in order to assist with recruitment and retention.
