Specialty Board Examinations. Program shall provide information related to the effect of leave of absence on ability of resident to satisfy requirements for Program completion and eligibility for specialty board examinations in the Medical, Parental, and Caregiver Leaves of Absence policy.   • Eye Examinations For all covered EMPLOYEES required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, the Department will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH once a year.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Field Examinations At the Administrative Agent’s sole option, the Administrative Agent shall have completed its field examinations of the Borrower’s books and records, assets, and operations which examinations will be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.
