Specific Collection Requirements. Multifamily Complex and Commercial Customer Compostables collection shall occur weekly or twice- weekly, as subscribed for and requested by the Customer. Collections shall be made on a regular schedule on the same day(s) of the week and as close to a consistent time as possible to minimize Customer confusion. The Contractor’s crews shall make collections in an orderly and quiet manner, and shall return Containers after emptying to the same location as found, with their lids closed.
