Specific Collection Requirements. Single-Family Residence Recyclables collection shall occur every-other-weekly on the same day as each household’s Garbage and Compostables collection. Collections shall be made from Residences on a regular schedule on the same day and as close to a consistent time as possible. The Contractor shall collect on Public Streets and Private Roads in the same location as Garbage collection service is provided. The Contractor’s crews shall make collections in an orderly, non- disruptive and quiet manner, and shall return Containers with their lids closed and attached to their set out location, and out of any Public Street, in an orderly manner. The defined list of Residential Recyclables in Attachment C shall be collected from all participating Single-Family Residences as part of basic Garbage collection services without extra charge. The Contractor shall collect all Residential Recyclables from Single-Family Residences that are placed in Contractor owned Carts or are boxed or placed in a paper bag next to the Customers’ Recycling Cart. Recyclables must be prepared as described in Attachment C and uncontaminated with food or other residues. No limits shall be placed on set-out volumes for Curbside Recyclables, other than those specifically listed in Attachment C.
