Specific Compliance. Contractor must have certification as an organizational provider of Medi-Cal specialty mental health services. This includes meeting all staffing and facility standards required for organizational providers of Medi-Cal specialty mental health services which are claimed. Contractor will be required to abide by all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including, but not limited to: a. HIPAA Regulations b. Title 9, CCR, Section 1820.205, Section 1830.205, Section 1830.210 c. California Code of Regulations d. California Welfare and Institutions Code
