Common use of Specific Licensing Clause in Contracts

Specific Licensing. Each Healthcare Facility is duly licensed under the Applicable Laws of the state where the Healthcare Facility is located. The licensed bed or unit capacity of each Healthcare Facility is shown on Schedule 5.03 hereto. No Borrower has granted to any third party the right to reduce the number of licensed beds or units in the Healthcare Facilities or the right to apply for approval to move any and all of the licensed beds or units in the Healthcare Facilities to any other location and there are no proceedings or contemplated to reduce the number of licensed beds in the Healthcare Facilities.

Specific Licensing. Each Healthcare Facility is duly licensed under to the extent required by the Applicable Laws of the state where in which the Healthcare Facility is locatedlocated to the extent such Healthcare Facility is required to be licensed under such Healthcare Laws. The licensed bed or unit capacity of each Healthcare Facility is shown on Schedule 5.03 5.03(c) hereto. No Borrower has not granted to any third party the right to reduce the number of licensed beds or units in the Healthcare Facilities or the right to apply for approval to move any and all of the licensed beds or units in the Healthcare Facilities to any other location and there are no proceedings or contemplated to reduce the number of licensed beds in the Healthcare Facilities.
