Specific Performance Criteria. (a) The City may amend the Specific Performance Criteria at any time during the Term. Any amendments to the Specific Performance Criteria will be provided to the Tenant in writing and, once agreed, will be incorporated into this Lease. (b) Any changes to the Specific Performance Criteria agreed and incorporated into the Lease during the term will not be required to be registered as a variation to this Lease.
