Each Grantor acknowledges and agrees that a breach of any of the covenants contained in Sections 4.1.5, 4.1.6, 4.4, 5.2, or 8.7 Section 5.2 or in Article VII hereof will cause irreparable injury to the Collateral Agent and the Holders of other Secured ObligationsParties, that the Collateral Agent and Holders of the other Secured Obligations Parties have no adequate remedy at law in respect of such breaches and therefore agrees, without limiting the right of the Collateral Agent or the Holders of other Secured Obligations Parties to seek and obtain specific performance of other obligations of the Grantors contained in this Security Agreement, that the covenants of the Grantors contained in the Sections referred to in this Section 8.5 8.6 shall be specifically enforceable against the Grantors.

Specific Performance of Certain Covenants. Each Grantor acknowledges and agrees that a breach of any of the covenants contained in Sections 4.1.54, 4.1.65, 4.46.1, 5.26.2, or 8.7 or in Article VII hereof 6.3 and 6.4 will cause irreparable injury to the Collateral Agent and the Holders of Secured ObligationsHolders, that the Collateral Agent and Holders of Secured Obligations have no adequate remedy at law in respect of such breaches and therefore agrees, without limiting the right of the Collateral Agent or the Holders of Secured Obligations Lenders to seek and obtain specific performance of other obligations of the Grantors contained in this Security Agreement, that the covenants of the Grantors contained in the Sections referred to in this Section 8.5 shall 7.5 shall, to the extent permitted under applicable law, be specifically enforceable against the Grantors.

Specific Performance of Certain Covenants. Each Grantor acknowledges and agrees that a breach of any of the covenants contained in Sections 4.1.55.1(d), 4.1.65.1(e), 4.45.3, 5.25.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 6.2 or 8.7 or in Article VII hereof 9.1 will cause irreparable injury to the Collateral Administrative Agent and the Holders of Secured ObligationsLenders, that the Collateral Administrative Agent and Holders of Secured Obligations Lenders have no adequate remedy at law in respect of such breaches and therefore agrees, without limiting the right of the Collateral Administrative Agent or the Holders of Secured Obligations Lenders to seek and obtain specific performance of other obligations of the Grantors contained in this Security Agreement, that the covenants of the Grantors contained in the Sections referred to in this Section 8.5 9.7 shall be specifically enforceable against the Grantors.
