Client specifically grants BCGU the right to request and receive materials of any nature from a holder of those materials to the extent that the requested materials contain information related to the Client's shareholders. Client has knowledge that BCGU may use the requested materials in order to deliver to the Client's shareholders fact-based data regarding the Client.
