Specific Procedure. 3:4.1 The grievant is encouraged to meet with the principal or his/her immediate supervisor or applicable District office personnel with the objective of resolving the matter informally. 3:4.2 Level One - The grievant will set forth his/her grievance in writing as provided in Section 3:4 within fifteen (15) days from the date the employee was aggrieved. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written grievance, the principal or other immediate supervisor will communicate in writing to the grievant his/her decision and the reason for the decision. 3:4.3 Level Two - The grievant, not later than five (5) days after being notified that the decision has been rendered may appeal the decision to the Director of Human Resources or designee. The basis for the employee's continued dissatisfaction will be delineated. The Director of Human Resources or designee may hold an informal grievance hearing within ten (10) days after receiving the grievance. A decision in writing will be rendered to the grievant within five (5) days of the hearing. 3:4.4 Level Three - If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two, he/she may, within five (5) days after being notified that the decision has been rendered, appeal the decision to the Superintendent or designee. Wednesday Driver/aide Meeting Drivers/aides are expected and encouraged to attend the driver/aide meeting held each Wednesday at 1:50 p.m. sharp for the purpose of assigning the trips that have been posted for the following week. Driver/▇▇▇▇▇’ meeting agenda is as follows: Roll Call to be taken promptly at 1:50 p.m. sharp by the Transportation Supervisor. Drivers/aides arriving after roll call will not be eligible for the trips that are to be assigned. Drivers/aides shall be present at meeting to accept or decline an assigned trip. No driver/aide can accept or decline a trip for another driver/aide. ▇▇▇▇▇ will be assigned by the Transportation Supervisor as posted, or in his absence by the designee. At the time of the assignment, if the driver/aide accepts the assignment his/her name will be written beside the trip list, and if the driver/aide declines the assignment his/her name will not be written beside the trip on the trip list.

Specific Procedure. In addition to the foregoing, the following specific procedures shall be followed: (a) A grievance must be in writing, and must be filed with the Employer's Director of Operations and the Union within thirty (30) days following occurrence of the grievable event. The written grievance must be written on the grievance form attached hereto as "APPENDIX B" and must also: (1) Be identified as "individual" and/or "Union," and shall be signed by the grievant; (2) Identify the specific provision(s) of this Agreement which have been allegedly violated; (3) State the facts supporting the alleged violation; and (4) Specify the relief requested. (b) Within ten (10) days following receipt of the grievance, the Director of Operations (or his/her designee) shall meet with the grievant and/or the Union to hear the grievance. (c) Within ten (10) days following the meeting at Level One, the Director of Operations (or his/her designee) shall issue a written response to the grievance and provide a copy of the same to the grievant and the Union.

Specific Procedure. Prior to the Effective Date, Stanfield shall pr▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇tificates representing the shares of Stanfield Stock in▇▇ ▇▇▇▇h NALC Stock shall be converted (the "Stanfield Certifica▇▇▇"). Promptly after the Effective Date, Stanfield or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agent shall deliver to each record holder, as of the Effective Date, of an outstanding certificate or certificates which immediately prior to the Effective Date represented NALC stock (the "NALC Certificates") a form of letter of transmittal (which shall specify that delivery shall be effected, and risk of loss and title to the NALC Certificates shall pass, only upon proper delivery of the NALC Certificates to the Surviving Corporation) and instructions for use in effecting the surrender and exchange of the NALC Certificates. Upon surrender to the Surviving Corporation or its designated agent of a NALC Certificate or Certificates, together with such letter of transmittal duly executed, Stanfield or Transf▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly deliver to the recordholder of such NALC Certificate or Certificates, in exchange therefor, Stanfield Certifica▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇senting an aggregate number of shares of Stanfield Stock to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇h holder is entitled pursuant to Section 5 above, plus any cash payment to which such holder is entitled pursuant to Section 5(b) above and such NALC Certificate or Certificates shall forthwith be cancelled. If Stanfield Certific▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ to be issued to a person or entity other than the person or entity in whose name the NALC Certificate or Certificates surrendered is registered, it shall be a condition of delivery of Stanfield Certifica▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ cash payments for fractional shares in such other person's or entity's name that (i) the NALC Certificate or Certificates so surrendered shall be properly endorsed or accompanied by a properly executed stock power or powers for transfer and (ii) such other person or entity shall pay any transfer or other taxes required by reason of the issuance to a person other than the registered holder of the NALC Certificate or Certificates surrendered or shall establish to the satisfaction of the Surviving Corporation that such tax has been paid or is not applicable.
