Specific Proposal Requirements. The following requirements, include, but are not limited to, the proposal request: ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of grass areas 1. All Terminal, Maintenance Hangar, Aircraft Display and Entrance Road areas and building(s) are to be mowed every five to ten days minimum during the growing season and ; cut height between 2½“ and 3½“. At no time is the height of grass in these areas to exceed 6” before cutting. 2. All Runways and Taxiways out to 20 feet on non-infield sides, entire infield areas and ramp areas will be cut when the grass height is between 8” and 9” and cut to a height of between 5” and 6”. At no time can the grass height exceed 9” before mowing these areas. 3. Remaining field areas will be cut when or before the grass reaches a height of 12” and will be cut to height of between 5” and 6”. At no time will the grass in these areas exceed the 12” height before cutting. ▇. ▇▇▇▇ and grounds care service to begin July 1st, 2015, weather permitting C. Routine plant care (2x per year) including fertilizing, pesticides, etc. D. Tree and shrubbery trimming and trimmings removed E. Lawns fertilized twice per year, aerated once per year, over seeded once per year, and appropriate herbicide and insecticide applied once per year H. Additional bedding plants to be installed each spring I. Trimming/edging around all landscaping/paved surfaces J. Clean up of all debris, grass clippings, etc., following mowing including driveways, sidewalks, mulch beds, etc. K. Pricing proposals shall be for a three year agreement L. Any application(s) of herbicides, pesticides, or other potentially harmful chemicals must be administered by a licensed individual of company M. Specific Proposal Requirements. 1. Proposals should be as thorough and detailed as possible so that the RCAPC may properly evaluate your capabilities to provide the required goods/services. Offerors are required to submit the following items as a complete Proposal: a. The return of the RFP cover sheet and addenda, if any, signed and filled out as required. b. Complete Contractor Data Sheet (Attachment A), included as an attachment to the RFP, and other specific items or data requested in the RFP. c.   • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.

  • Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference.
