Specific Provision. The grievant shall cite on the grievance form the specific Article, Section, or combination thereof that he/she alleges to have been violated and the specific resolution requested. The grievance may be amended at the Step 2 meeting. The receipt of a grievance in the electronic grievance system or the automatic numbering of a grievance does not constitute a waiver of a claim of a procedural defect.
