Common use of Specific Reservations Clause in Contracts

Specific Reservations. The District retains specific rights including but not limited to the following: A. to determine and administer policy; B. subject to law, to hire all employees, to determine their qualifications and the conditions for their continued employment, or their dismissal or demotion, and to promote employees; C. to determine the number and kinds of personnel necessary for the efficient operation of the District and to direct their activities; D. to determine the curriculum, in consultation with FEA; E. to build, move or modify the facilities;
