Specification Change Notice Predelivery Payments. At the date of this Agreement, the Parties have agreed a list of Buyer Changes and the Buyer Changes Base Price as set out in Exhibit A. If the sum of the [***] set out in all SCNs agreed and MSCNs issued in both cases at the time of the Contractual Definition Freeze of the Aircraft scheduled to be delivered first (calculated on the basis of a theoretical delivery in January 2020) exceeds the [***], then the Seller may require the payment, and the Buyer shall pay, an additional Predelivery Payment for each Aircraft which shall equal [***] of such excess and which shall be payable on the first day of the[***] prior to the commencement of the Scheduled Delivery Period of each Aircraft.
