Common use of Specification Change Notice Clause in Contracts

Specification Change Notice. The Specification may be amended by written agreement between the parties in a Specification Change Notice (hereinafter referred to as a “SCN”) which shall set forth in detail the particular change to be made therein and the effect, if any, of such change on design, performance, weight, time of delivery, price of the Aircraft, and on the text of the Specification. A specimen copy of a SCN form is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
