Common use of SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE. The description and specifications for the Products are set forth on Exhibit B, attached hereto or in the Accepted Purchase Order (the “Specifications”). Supplier shall ensure that, at the time of Commissioning, the Product provided by Supplier hereunder shall comply in all respects with the Specifications.
