Specifications and Acceptance Criteria. For each Product to be manufactured, JDSU shall, from time to time, provide, at its expense, applicable Product design specifications, manufacturing specifications and manufacturing standards and/or other Product related requirements, each as updated from time to time (collectively “Product Documents”) to Supplier; and Supplier shall comply with such Product Documents, and shall without limitation, produce manufacturing process instructions that incorporate the requirements set forth in such provided Product Documents. Supplier shall manufacture the Products and render related services in compliance with the then-current Product Documents applicable to each Product and all other express requirements of this Agreement and/or applicable Statement of Work.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements.   • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:
